I am Bart Vermijlen, Co-founder of Box of Birds, a Strategic Digital Design Studio.

I am into Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Innovation Games, Lego Serious Play, Sociocracy3.0,… I am a Certified Scrummaster (CSM), Certified Agile Leadership (CAL1) and Certified DesignThinkers Academy.

I started off working for the government, but soon followed my passion for music and started at the Royal Flemish Philharmonic in Antwerp.

This is where my love for digital production emerged. I continued my pursuit for digital fancyness at Statik in Leuven, soon moving to advertising and working for agencies Boondoggle and Duval Guillaume.

In the meantime I also worked little less than a year at Resn in New Zealand.

I evolved from a digital project manager/digital producer managing projects to an operations director managing teams and organisations. From Scrum and Agile to Sociocracy 3.0 and Design Thinking. Currently I live in the land somewhere between Service Design, Agile Coaching and Innovation Management.

My goal? I want to learn people and organisations to learn. Learn about themselves, their users, their products, …

But also the other way around, I want to continuously keep learning from people and organisations.
